RollingSA - Terms & Conditions
All tours are subject to the following Terms of Business. Changes may be negotiated on a case by case basis but must be approved prior to the confirmation of the tour.
SINGLE SUPPLEMENT
Unless specified 20% of total amount, excluding additional activities.
CHILDRENS RATES
Available on application.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
Less than 35 days prior to departure: Payment in full at time of confirmation.
More than 35 days prior to departure:
Deposit:
20% of total amount, including any additional activities and surcharges
Balance of payment:
Required 35 days prior to commencement of the safari.
CHANGES TO ITINERARY
On confirmation of tour, clients have 30 days in which they are able to make changes to the itinerary.
Changes are subject to availability and should additional costs be incurred these will be at the clients expense.
African Insight reserves the right to make changes to a tour in the best interest of the client, in response to changes beyond its control.
No changes can be made during the last 35 days prior to commencement of the tour.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We reserve the right to cancel any booking for which the total amount has not been received by the due date. In this event, the client will forfeit 20% of the total amount and the balance refunded.
Cancellations of confirmed bookings must be made in writing and will be effective from the date the cancellation is received. The following cancellation charges based on the total value of the safari will apply:
More than 30 days prior to departure: 20% cancellation fee
Less than 30 days prior to departure: 100% cancellation fee
Should a client fail to join a tour, join after the departure date or leave the tour before completion no refund will be made and any additional expenses occurred will be for the clients own expense.
PAYMENTS
Most Credit Cards or by Bank Transfer.
Please note that Bank Transfer fees are for the client's account.
